Can I try it before paying?
Yes. A verified account receives 30 credits once, with no card required. Uploading and one processed preview frame per file are free.
What can I upload?
Videos up to 200 MB and 5 minutes: MP4, MOV, M4V, WebM, AVI and MKV. Images up to 15 MB: JPG, JPEG, PNG and WebP. The file must be decodable. Video: up to 4K (long side 4096 px, short side 2160 px), 60 fps, SDR and square pixels. Images: up to 40 megapixels and 8192 px per side.
Can I keep a transparent background?
Choose WebM or ProRes MOV for video transparency, or PNG for images and stickers. MP4 includes a background. Pro Bundle includes separate color and alpha video layers plus a guide.
When are credits spent?
The editor shows a quote first. Credits are reserved during processing and spent when the result is ready. A confirmed failure releases the reservation.
How do clean exports work?
Watermark is selected initially for a free account. Removing it doubles the video price before your first purchase. After a successful purchase, clean video uses the base price.
Can I download more than once?
Yes. Downloading a completed artifact again is free. Creating a different additional video export costs 5 credits. Old completed jobs retain their original export terms.
Where can I find my results?
Your history shows progress and ready results. Unfinished files are available for 24 hours and completed results for 7 days. Download what you want to keep.
Will every subject work perfectly?
Fine hair, fast movement, reflections and occlusion can affect a cutout. Use your preview to assess the file. We expand quality claims only after testing our own examples.
